Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship out of Rochester, New York. In cases of custom orders we may drop-ship directly from our printers.
Q: Will you print custom sizes or products?
A: We will consider custom orders, depending on whether we have the rights to reproduce the image in a particular format or the necessary resolution in the source image relative to the size of the desired print. Please contact us if you would like to inquire about a custom job.
Q: How do you determine the prices for your products?
A: Many factors go into the price of our prints. The costs to us for each piece include securing the rights to the image from the estate of the artist, the cost of the image from the holding source (whether it be a gallery, archive, or private collection), the time invested in digital scanning and restoration, and the actual cost of the printing and medium. In the end though, we still want to offer a print that is affordable for the average Jazz fan, so that is also taken into account.
